How I am working!
When I start project (website) with clients, I first enquired about their church/organizations as many as possible. Then, know from them why they like website for, what all things they would like to keep in their website etc. Does their Church/Organization have Logo? Do they have specific colours? What is the foundation of their faith? etc.
When I have all these information, I can start working according to their needs and likings. I would then produce my work as layout/design. I showed the layout to them and modified it until they are satisfied with it by adding, deleting, coloring etc, because my utmost concern is the satisfaction of my clients.
When layout is finalized, I reproduce it as webpage, again in consultation with my clients. When everything is finalized I uploaded it FREE in server, and gave a local host CD to them.
Rate quotation is not the most important for me. I took charges as per budget of my clients. However, quality of my design remains the same irrespective of the price being charged. I rather utilize my God-given creativity and talent to my best.
When website has been developed, and if they are willing, I signed maintenance contract with them. As I did not have Paypal by now, I accept payments through cheque, DD, Money Order and Cash.
